What is SpiritFest?
THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT. SEATING IS NOT AVAILABLE. BRING CHAIRS AND COATS FOR EVERYONE.
Bring sunscreen. Wear a hat and long sleeves if you burn easily. Vendors will be available, but you are also welcome to bring your own picnic and snacks.
WHEN: SUNDAY, JUNE 15, 2008
GATES OPEN: 11:30AM ENTERTAINMENT 1:30-9:30 PM
WHERE: ANGEL PEAK RANCH, BLOOMFIELD, NEW MEXICO VIEW MAP
DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From the Junction of Highway 550 and Highway 64 in Bloomfield, NM turn South, (toward Albuquerque) go approximately 1 mile, cross the San Juan River and the next left is a wide paved road marked Road 4990. Turn Left (East) on Road 4990. Go aproximately 8.5 miles and follow signs to free parking. There will be free transportation from the parking to the venue.
There will be security on-site, plenty of bathrooms and a first-aid station.
Of course, no alcohol or drugs.
We Especially Want You To Come
We are trying our best to make this event possible for everyone to attend and be comfortable. We will have special vehicles to help transport those with special needs to the site. Also, Special assistance to help you into and out of the vehicle, and a shady, comfortable place to sit. We are going to try to control the wind and in some cases the volume level as well. Fruit and Water will be served in these “shelters” and handicapped potties will be just outside.
We plan to have volunteers standing by to minister to your needs should there be any we haven’t addressed or if you should “need a little extra help.”

Please don’t wait until the last minute to ask for help as the sooner we know what we need to do, the better we can provide.
